    The purpose of this bill is to eliminate a certain gap in employment for certain Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission employees subject to a reduction in force and who are reemployed.
    
    The Public Employees Insurance Agency does not anticipate and substantive additional cost due to this bill. Any additional cost will be borne by the State or the Alcohol Beverage Control Commission.
