To provide a mechanism for the Division of Protective Services to directly invoice and collect for expenses incurred to provide security for extraordinary events that occur on the Capitol Complex.
The Division of Protective Services endeavors to adjust/schedule our available human resources to prevent expending moneys not provided for in our appropriated funds. However, when circumstances/events beyond our control occur, deeming it necessary to spend monies for overtime that are unbudgeted, the division needs the capability to recover these unfunded expenses.
