Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.

    The proposed bill does not impact any state government revenues or expenditures.
    
    The bill would impact municipal pension and relief funds at the local level. As written, the bill would increase payments to retirees of a policemens and or firemens pension plan by five percent to a minimum total of 65% of final average salary and to a maximum of 80% of final average salary.
