4. Dr. Joe McNeel, Director, WVU Division of Forestry and Natural Resources, to discuss the WVU forestry program’s perspective on HCR 120.

5. Frank Jezioro, Director, Division of Natural Resources, to discuss the DNR’s perspective on HCR 120.
