HB 2551 Prohibiting out-of-state lenders from making loans over the internet or by other means unless they are licensed in West Virginia.

V. Insurance

HB 3014 Clarifying that mandated accident and sickness insurance benefits do not apply to limited coverage policies, unless expressly made applicable to such policies. HB 3146 Relating to underwriting guidelines for medical professional liability insurers.

HB 3138 Relating to requiring health insurance plans to cover the cost of contraceptives.

HB 2029 Relating to variable premium adjustable life insurance policies.

HB 2627 Authorizing a health benefit plan to provide health insurance benefits to certain former employees of businesses in this State who have lost their jobs.

HB 3056 Requiring insurers to provide their policy governing premium rate increases to their insureds when a policy is issued or rewritten.

HCR__ Requesting the Joint Committee on Government and Finance to study the feasibility of impounding and auctioning motor vehicles in the event the owner of the vehicle has been convicted of driving with no insurance three or more times.
