The Committee on Political Subdivisions moves to amend the bill on page 5, line 11, by removing the underlined sentence and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
" A municipal board of zoning appeals in a Class IV town or village shall have not less than three nor more than 5 members to be appointed by the governing body of the municipality. "
