SHORT TITLE:
Increasing business registration period.

DATE INTRODUCED: February 20, 1998.

CODE REFERENCE: Amend and reenact WV Code § 11-12-3, 5, and 20.

PROPOSED LAW PRESENTED TO THE COMMITTEE: This bill changes the Business Registration Certificate registration period from one (1) year to two (2) years. The business registration tax is increased from $15.00 to $30.00 every two years beginning July 1, 1999.
