A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Architects to promulgate a legislative rule relating to the registration of architects.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:

ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellaneous agencies and boards to promulgate legislative rules.

§64-9-1. Board of Architects.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on August 26, 2016, authorized under the authority of section one, article twelve, chapter thirty of this code, modified by the Board of Architects to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on October 5, 2016, relating to the Board of Architects (Registration of Architect, 2 CSR 01), is authorized.

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Architects to promulgate a legislative rule relating to the Registration of Architects.
