A BILL to repeal §28-6-1 and §28-6-2 of the Code of West Virginia,
1931, as amended, relating to the Compact for Out-of-State
Parolee Supervision.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§1
.
Repeal of article establishing the Compact for Out-of-State
Parolee Supervision.
Article six, chapter twenty-eight of the Code of West
Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is
hereby repealed.
