A BILL to amend and reenact article 9, chapter 64 of the Code of
West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the
Board of Pharmacy to promulgate a legislative rule relating to
licensure and the practice of pharmacy.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article 9, chapter 64 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931,
as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 9. AUTHORIZATION FOR MISCELLANEOUS AGENCIES AND BOARDS TO
PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.
§64-9-1. Board of Pharmacy.
The legislative rule filed in the state register on the
twenty-ninth day of August, two thousand eight, authorized under
the authority of section twelve, article five, chapter thirty, of this code, modified by the Board of Pharmacy to meet the objections
of the legislative rule-making review committee and refiled in the
state register on the twentieth day of February, two thousand nine,
relating to the Board of Pharmacy (licensure and the practice of
pharmacy, 15 CSR 1), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of
Pharmacy to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Licensure and
the Practice of Pharmacy.
