A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by
adding thereto a new section, designated §33-2-21, relating to
continuation of the Office of the Insurance Commissioner.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended
by adding thereto a new section, designated §33-2-21, to read as
follows:
ARTICLE 2. INSURANCE COMMISSIONER.
§33-2-21. Continuation of the Office of the Insurance Commissioner.
The Office of the Insurance Commissioner shall continue to
exist until the first day of July, two thousand seven, unless
sooner terminated, continued or reestablished pursuant to the
provisions of article ten, chapter four of this code.
