A BILL to amend and reenact §30-9-32 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to continuation of the West Virginia Board of Accountancy.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That §30-9-32 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 9. ACCOUNTANTS.
§30-9-32. Continuation of the West Virginia Board of Accountancy.
The West Virginia Board of Accountancy shall terminate on continue to exist until the first day of July, two thousand five seven, unless sooner terminated, continued or reestablished pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of this code.

(NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to continue the West Virginia Board of Accountancy until July 1, 2007, pursuant to the West Virginia Sunset Law. This bill is recommended by the Joint Committee on Government Operations.
