A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Veterinary Medicine to promulgate a legislative rule relating to standards of practice.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:


That §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:

ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellaneous agencies and boards to promulgate legislative rules.

§64-9-1. Board of Veterinary Medicine.


The legislative rule filed in the State Register on June 15, 2016, authorized under the authority of section five, article ten, chapter thirty of this code, modified by the Board of Veterinary Medicine to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on September 28, 2016, relating to the Board of Veterinary Medicine (Standards of Practice, 26 CSR 04), is authorized.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Veterinary Medicine to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Standards of Practice.
