A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Physical Therapy to promulgate a legislative rule relating to fees for physical therapist and physical therapist assistant.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:


That §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:

ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellaneous agencies and Boards to promulgate legislative rules.

§64-9-1. Board of Physical Therapy.


The legislative rule filed in the State Register on April 22, 2016, authorized under the authority of section six, article twenty, chapter thirty of this code, relating to the Board of Physical Therapy (Fees for Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant, 16 CSR 04), is authorized.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Physical Therapy to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Fees for Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant.
