A BILL supplementing, amending, increasing and reducing an item of the existing appropriation to the governor's office - civil contingent fund, fund 0105, fiscal year 2002, org 0100, and of the state department of education, fund 0313, fiscal year 2002, org 0402.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the items of appropriation from the governor's office - civil contingent fund, fund 0105, fiscal year 2002, org 0100, be amended and reduced in the line item as follows:
TITLE II--APPROPRIATIONS.

Sec. 1. Appropriations from general revenue.

Any unexpected balance remaining in the appropriations for Wyoming and McDowell County Schools - Flood Repair (fund 0313, activity ) at the close of the fiscal year 2002 is hereby reappropriated for expenditure during the fiscal year 2003.
The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to supplement, amend, reduce, increase and transfer between appropriations in the aforesaid accounts for the designated spending units. The total appropriations to the aforesaid accounts are respectively reduced and increased accordingly. The amounts shall be available for expenditure immediately upon the effective date of this bill.
