A BILL to repeal section seventeen, article two, chapter sixty-one of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to the crime involving public conveyances, of keeping the doors locked while a motor vehicle is in motion.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 2. CRIMES AGAINST THE PERSON.

§1. Repeal of section relating to the crime involving public conveyances, of keeping the doors locked while a motor vehicle is in motion.

Section seventeen, article two, chapter sixty-one of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is hereby repealed.



NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the section of the code making it a crime to lock the doors of a taxi cab while it is in motion.
