A BILL making a supplementary appropriation from the State Fund,
State Excess Lottery Revenue Fund, to the Division of
Veterans' Affairs, fund 8728, fiscal year 2013, organization
0618, by supplementing and amending the appropriations for the
fiscal year ending June 20, 2013.
Whereas, The Governor submitted to the Legislature the
executive budget document, dated February 13, 2013, containing a
statement of the State Excess Lottery Revenue Fund, setting forth
therein the unappropriated balance as of July 1, 2012, and further
included the estimate of revenue for the fiscal year 2013, less net
regular appropriations for the fiscal year 2013; and
Whereas, It appears from the Governor's statement of the State
Excess Lottery Revenue Fund there now remains an unappropriated
balance in the State Treasury which is available for appropriation
during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2013; therefore,
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2013, to fund 8728, fiscal year 2013, organization 0618, be
supplemented and amended by increasing an existing item of
appropriation as follows:

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to
supplement, amend, and increase an existing item of appropriation
in the aforesaid account for the designated spending unit for
expenditure during the fiscal year 2013.
