A BILL to repeal §17-15-3 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to county courts providing for working of prisoners.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 15. COUNTY CONVICT ROAD FORCE.
§1. Repeal of section relating to county courts providing for working of prisoners.

Section three, article fifteen, chapter seventeen of the Code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is hereby repealed.



NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the authority of county courts to provide for the working of prisoners.
