A BILL to amend and reenact article 9, chapter 64 of the Code of
West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the
Racing Commission to promulgate a legislative rule relating to
pari-mutuel wagering.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article 9, chapter 64 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931,
as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 9. AUTHORIZATION FOR DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE TO PROMULGATE
LEGISLATIVE RULES.
§64-9-1. Racing Commission.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on the
twenty-seventh day of August, two thousand twelve, authorized under
the authority of section six, article twenty-three, chapter
nineteen, of this code, relating to the Racing Commission (pari-
mutuel wagering,

), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Racing Commission to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Pari-Mutuel
Wagering.
