A BILL to amend and reenact §64-2-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating 2 to authorizing the Department of Administration to promulgate a legislative rule relating to 3 the management of records maintained by the Records Center.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 2. AUTHORIZATION FOR DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION TO PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.

§64-2-1. Department of Administration.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on March 27, 2024, authorized under the authority of §5A-8-8 of this code, relating to the Department of Administration (management of records maintained by the Records Center, 148 CSR 14), is authorized.

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Department of Administration to promulgate a legislative rule relating to management of records maintained by the Records Center.
