A BILL to amend and reenact §17C-13-6 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to allowing parking fees to be charged for accessible (handicapped) parking spaces under certain circumstances; and requiring the Commissioner of the Division of Motor Vehicles to provide certain informational documents to accessible parking recipients and to the general public.
