A BILL making a supplementary appropriation of public moneys out of the Treasury from the balance of moneys remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020, to the Department of Revenue, Office of the Secretary, Home Rule Board Operations Fund, fund 7010, fiscal year 2020, organization 0701 by supplementing and amending the appropriations for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020.

WHEREAS, The Governor has established that there now remains an unappropriated balance in the Department of Revenue, Office of the Secretary, Home Rule Board Operations Fund, fund 7010, fiscal year 2020, organization 0701, that is available for expenditure during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020; therefore

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That chapter 31, Acts of the Legislature, Regular Session, 2019, known as the budget bill, be supplemented and amended by adding to Title II, section three thereof, the following:

Title II – Appropriations.

Sec. 3. Appropriations from other funds.
