A BILL to repeal §19-25-7 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to insurance policies and such policies impact on liability of landowners or insurers of landowners who open their property for use by others for military, law-enforcement or homeland-defense training or recreational or wildlife propagation purposes.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:


ARTICLE 25.  LIMITING LIABILITY OF LANDOWNERS.

§1. Repeal of section relating to insurance policies.

Section seven, article twenty-five, chapter nineteen of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, is hereby repealed.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal §19-25-7.
